Ralph T. Linnell, age 84 of Edina, formerly of Tempe AZ, died on March 5, 2006. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 56 years, Joyce and his parents E.T. and Ida Linnell. Survived by son; daughters; sister; He will be sadly missed by his 6 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Ralph was born and raised in Stillwater, MN. He graduated from Stillwater HS in 1939 and attended Bradly University. He served in WWII and was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He retired after 35 years as National Sales Manager at International Silver Company in 1986. Ralph was an avid golfer, a club champion several times at the Forest Lake & Forest Hill Country Clubs. He loved to travel with Joyce and to work in his yard. His passion was his family and he will be sorely missed, for he was deeply loved by his friends and family.
